Try these for a quick winter dessert


  • 1/4 cup shredded dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Place coconut in a small bowl and set aside.

In food processor, combine remaining ingredients to form a stiff paste or meal.  Form tablespoon size balls and roll in coconut to coat.  Serve Immediately or store in an airtight container.
