What music do you like to practice to if any? The music completely depends on my style of practice… a gentle or meditative stretch  – Pandora’s Anugama Radio, a workout class Pandora’s Blackmilk Radio and a pranayama/spiritual doorways practice is the rhythm of my breathe, the melody of my ujjayi creating the perfect harmony for my soul.

UPCOMING GOALS/PLANS THAT YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT: Life… living life to the fullest, knowing that I am exactly where I am suppose to be at every moment and using the gifts I have received through the practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation to feel the true meaning of liberation.
