Spiritual Doorways is the program where I teach the most about the Hatha Yoga practices that I learned from Swami Kripalu and that form the foundation of Pranakriya Yoga. In this time of potential strong feelings and strong energies, lets connect with the source and do work that will support our personal and cultural rebirth in the coming year with all its challenges and opportunities. -Yoganand Michael Carroll
The 2020 Asanas as Spiritual Doorways course will be held over 2 weekends:
Saturday, December 5 – Sunday, December 6
9:00 am – 7: 00 pm EDT daily (lunch break included)
and
Saturday, December 12 – Sunday, December 13
9:00 am – 7: 00 pm EDT daily (lunch break included)

For those who chose to make this a retreat experience, extra practice and integration sessions led by Yoganand will be held between the program weekends, and are included in the price of the ASD full program. You are welcome to join us for these sessions even if you are not participating in the full ASD program. If you are not registered for ASD, there is a fee for these sessions. Click for details.

Additional sessions are not eligible for CEUs, and they are not required for the completion of the ASD course.
