Program Times: Friday 6-9:30 pm EDT, Saturday and Sunday 9 am – 6:30 pm EDT
NOTE: Registration ends 48 hours before the course begins.
PK Kids: Tween to Teen This 20-hour course teaches adult yoga teachers and practitioners how to combine postures, games, imagery, and chanting to help teach kids ages 9-12 & teens asana and breath awareness, balance, flexibility, strength and focus. Yogis, parents and teachers learn skills to encourage a connection with body, mind, and spirit through yoga. This program is a 300 hour elective and a 95-hour requirement.
