In no event shall Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts (PKSYHA), or its Yoga Teacher Training or the contents and practice of such Training.

By registering and attending any PKSYHA training, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this PKSYHA training, you hereby acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold PKSYHA, the PKSYHA Teachers, Directors, the affiliated studios, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers ,employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury, to you or to any other person(s) you may subsequently expose to disease.

After being informed of the above risks and responsibilities, and the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts disclaimer of any and all liability, I release Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, together with its instructors and other representatives, from any and all claims, causes of action, medical expenses, and other losses or costs related to my participation in any Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts programs, whether they arise during my program, or from my later use of program information or program instruction at home.

I will abide by the terms of this Pranakriya Yoga Teacher Training Responsibility Agreement because it makes me aware of Pranakriya’s policies and I agree to abide by the terms of its legally binding disclaimer and general release of liability.

Welcome to an experience of Pranakriya Yoga. Teachings are based on Tantra Hatha Yoga principles. As the practice of yoga can be transformational, it is the duty of the student to practice self-care.

Asana, pranayama, and meditation may create challenges on a physical, mental, or emotional level. Ancient teachings and practices may challenge personal beliefs.

The offering of yoga classes online through Pranakriya is a pilot program for the months of January and February.

The following policies apply to this pilot period:

- Registration closes 30 minutes before the class begins.
- There are no refunds available for cancellations.

- Should you need to reschedule your attendance, please do so at least 3 hours before the course begins by contacting info@pranakriya.com and letting us know which course you wish to attend instead.

- One reschedule per person only during this pilot period, please.
