Renuatum is dedicated to propelling its clients to their highest potential for peace, happiness, health and prosperity through the knowledge and sustainable application of the lifestyle principals of the ancient Vedic sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga, Vastu and Jyotish.
How many classes a week do you offer at your studio? We are a retreat and training studio space so varies.
What types of classes do you offer?
We specialize in Hatha, Tantra and Vinyasa but have different programs offered throughout the year.
Is there anything unique or special that your studio offers (promotions, good-will etc.):
We have centers in Puerto Rico, New Hampshire and Maine and are excited to connect with teachers looking to build a community between these places. We also specialize in Ayurveda and Pancha Karm and love to share with Yogis to support sustainable practice and integration of body mind and spirit bringing the Vedic practices together.
Anything else you’d like our teachers to know about your studio?
We offer Individual and Group Retreats, Trainings and Immersions in Yogasana as well as Ayurvedic Rejuvenation and Detox programs and Pancha Karma. We are a family owned business and work closely with our guests and guest teachers to create programs that fit those coming to our center with specialty foods, bush skills and perma-culture offerings, spa therapies and body care and earthy luxury accommodations.
Do you have a “guest housing” program for teachers who might like to attend a training at your studio?
We do! In Puerto Rico we have 10 tree houses available for bookings for larger groups or Individual programs. In Maine we have a family home on Monhegan Island ( a magical 3 mile long walking island off the coast of Maine) for groups of 6-8. In New Hampshire we have our “base camp” space open for Individual Retreats and Pancha Karma, as well as groups of 6-10 for group programs. We have an onsight Ayurvedic Chef and Spa Services available at all locations.
