Due to changes within the Yoga Alliance and International Association of Yoga Teachers credentialing systems, we have had to update and adjust our 300-Hour Curriculum. We hope this new format will make completing your 300-hour certification easier.

All students must complete the CORE CURRICULUM as outlined.  The electives and core curriculum courses can be taken in any order.

The CORE CURRICULUM – 236 hours

    • Meditation: Theory & Teaching (34 hours)
    • Pranayama: Theory & Teaching (34 hours)
    • Anatomy for Yoga Practitioners & Teachers (34 hours)
    • Holding Space: The Energy & Anatomy of Touch  (20 hours)
    • Yoga Philosophy (take ONE of these Tantric Hatha Yoga courses)
      • Bhagavad Gita (34 hours)
      • Hatha Yoga Pradipika (34 hours)
      • Asanas as Spiritual Doorways (34 hours)
    • Deepening the Asana Experience (take THREE of these Asana Courses – 20 hours each)
      • Asanas for Yoga Workout 1
      • Asanas for Yoga Workout 2
      • Asanas for Meditative Posture 1
      • Asanas for Meditative Posture 2
      • Asanas for Gentle Yoga 1
      • Teaching Restorative Yoga
    • NEW:  The Client Relationship: Cultivating Intuitive Presence, Ethics & Boundaries  (20 hours)
      NOTE: Ethics is required for students beginning their program in 2016 or who have only completed 5 or fewer programs by 2016.
