Amber Seale ¦ RYT 200

In a quest for a more balanced lifestyle, Amber left a high-stress corporate career and reconnected with her yoga practice under the guidance of teacher Chris Mastin, who is trained in the Pranakriya yoga tradition.

In May 2017, Amber completed her 200-hour certification in Atlanta under the guidance of William Hufschmidt and Vladimir Tchakarov.  She is currently working on her 500-hour Pranakriya certification. Additionally, she has trained with Master Bernie Clark and is certified to teach yin yoga through Semperviva Yoga in Vancouver.  Since completing her 200-hour certification, Amber has left the corporate world a second time to become a full time yoga instructor. After 18 years in Atlanta, Amber relocated to Huntsville, AL in September 2017 to embrace a slower pace of life and embark on her new yoga career.  She currently teaches almost daily at Studio 247 and serves corporate clients as well.

Amber brings eight years of experience with her from the non-profit sector.  While in Atlanta, she helped found The Georgia Compassion Project, a non-profit granting organization focused on supporting other institutions that help individuals in distress.  She also brings six years of fundraising experience from her time with Children’s Restoration Network, a foundation supporting metro Atlanta homeless children. While with CRN, she worked on the Gala committee to support their largest annual fundraising event.  Additionally, she currently serves as Treasurer for The Hackleburg High School Scholarship Trust Fund, her alma mater, and has been a board member for three years.

Amber firmly believes that yoga is the change maker the world needs now.  Yoga allows space for everyone to connect intimately with breath, mind, and body without judgment.  It allows us to shed that which no longer serves, while cultivating grace and compassion for self as well as for others.  Amber believes strongly that yoga is a gateway to limitless self-discovery.

In November 2018, Amber accepted the position of Executive Director for Pranakriya.
