Why did you open your studio? To share yoga to the Carlisle Community.

Does your studio have a mission or vision statement?  Yoga at Simply Well is a thriving and welcoming community for students of all levels-beginners to advanced. We offer a retreat-like environment to release the stresses of everyday life. Our wide variety of classes and workshops provide you with the knowledge, tools and inspiration to live a life of balance.

How many classes a week do you offer at your studio? About 35

What types of classes do you offer? Gentle, Moderate, Vigorous and Heated Vigorous Yoga, Chair Yoga, Amrit Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Yin Yoga

Is there anything unique or special that your studio offers (promotions, good-will etc.)? We offer a heavily discounted 30-day intro offer for anyone interested in trying us out.

Anything else you’d like our teachers to know about your studio? Our space is beautiful and provides an atmosphere that is inviting, open and non-judgmental.

Do you have a “guest housing” program for teachers who might like to attend a training at your studio? Yes.
