Q:What do you love most about the traveling aspect of your job?  I love visiting new places and meeting and connecting with a new community of people.

Q: Let’s talk packing. What are your essentials?  Yoga clothes that also transition into clothes for the evening to make packing small easy. As long as I have my Ayurvedic oils with me, I’m a happy camper!

Q: What are your travel tips for staying sane?  Going with the flow!

Q: What type of practice do you do while you are on the road? What are your favorite road poses?  I definitely do Nadi Shodhana and meditate for at least 15 minutes every morning. Then, at least cat/cow, a twist and whatever the body is calling for that morning.

Q: Where would you like to travel next for a yoga retreat?  Absolutely anywhere…but Greece, France, Italy, and Thailand are on the bucket list.

Q: Can you share with us a fun/unbelievable or other travel story?  During one Prenatal Training there were bad storms including some tornadoes hitting the D.C. area. I had about a half hour delay to my flight which wasn’t bad, considering. After landing, I went to get my rental car only to find out that many flights had been cancelled. I waited in line for 2 hours to get my car! Surprisingly, everyone stayed calm in line as we patiently waited. I made some new friends and had some very interesting conversations! I guess people can still surprise you.
