Jai Bhagwan and welcome to the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts blog.

We thought we’d start by sharing a little bit about our school. Yoganand Michael Carroll created our school which continues a rich yoga practice, heritage and lineage, tracing back to Swami Kripalvanandaji (1913-1981) and the Indian Saint named Lakulisha (-300 CE), two revered men from the Gujarat province in northwestern India. We share our heritage through teacher trainings, workshops, classes and retreats all over the United States and world.

Pranakriya provides an effective teaching curriculum to foster yoga teachers who can effectively and safely communicate yoga’s diverse, ancient practices to modern students. We work to foster an open and accepting community of growth, healing and transformation that invites all practitioners to listen deeply and to respectfully follow their own soul’s dharma.

Our mission is to support humanity, become more fully alive and live attuned to Prana.

We’re glad you’ve joined us on this journey!
