A recognized leader in children’s yoga, Emily founded the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts’ 95-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training, along with three additional 20-hour specialty courses. For 14 years, she also led Crofton Yoga’s Summer Camp, a vibrant space where movement, mindfulness, and fun came together in a way that stuck with kids long after the summer ended.

Whether she’s teaching, mentoring, or leading behind the scenes, Emily brings a grounded, growth-oriented energy that empowers others to show up, evolve, and lead with authenticity.
