Expanded, Rooted, Fully Alive: Retreat to Boquete, Panama: March 10-15, 2025

The retreat will be hosted at Valle Escondido Wellness Resort. This venue is approximately 10 minutes outside of Boquete town, by foot.
We invite you to explore their website to learn more about the hotel and the rooms, but registration for the retreat MUST be made through Pranakriya, not through the hotel.

• 5 nights accommodations

• Breakfast daily

• 2 group lunches and 2 dinners

• Daily yoga classes and lectures (20 YA CEU’s) with Usha Lakshmi, with participation from Yoganand Michael Carroll. Mornings will be an energizing meditative posture practice, evenings will be comprised of gentle relaxing practices with yoga nidra.

• Access to space for private practice, journaling, small group gatherings

• Round trip airport transfer from David airport (near Boquete) to the retreat site and back on Monday, March 10 and Saturday, March 15

• 2 day-trip excursions (El Tatitca Waterfall and Tree Trek Suspension Bridges)

• Use of the hotel’s grounds, gym, indoor heated pool, steam room, and racket ball courts

  NOT INCLUDED:

• Airfare

• Any expenses in Panama City should you choose to stop there before or after the retreat (see travel information)

• Other lunches or dinners (retreat hotel restaurant available; meals in town around $5-7 lunch, $10-$15 dinner; restaurants on-site at hotel)

• Taxis from retreat site to town or elsewhere; Free time activities

• Any travel or public health documentation or other needs; International health insurance should you decide to carry it

• Yoga mat or props (bring your mat or we can purchase one for you there ahead of time for $15)

• Hotel spa services, tour services or activities on free days, etc.

• Optional coordinated and guided trip to Tres Cascadas Waterfalls (price determined by how many people attend, but should be about $30-40/person for a 3-4 hour excursion).
  
  Registering for Shared Rooms
  They are listed as shared accommodations, to be booked separately. Each person will need to book your spot - should you wish to stay with someone in particular, we suggest coordinating in advance and making sure you both register quickly. After you register and submit your deposit, please email us to let us know your roommate(s). That information is not required in order to process your registration/deposit. You may register for a shared room without having a roommate preference ahead of time, and we will curate that for you.
  
  Couples/Partners/Friends Sharing a Bed in a Single Room
  If you are registering as a couple/partners/friends sharing a king bed in a single room, please register for the room and also select the “Additional Guest in a Room” option at the same time. All individuals staying in a room must be registered for the full retreat. Additional guest fee is $850; $500 deposit required at time of booking for each person attending. Retreat numbers are limited based on the number of rooms and people attending.
