Series Description
We are excited to bring you the Finding Your Best Self series, developed by one of our program directors, Abby Bordner, to support women in the many roles of their lives; mothers, partners, friends, professionals, students and creative jugglers. Abby’s personal story and work guided her to a deep wisdom about tools to create emotional and spiritual health. She developed the Finding Your Best Self series to address the many aspects of women’s lives and provide uplifting guidance and support. Abby’s compassionate style creates connection and provides new information to lead women to joy and balance in their lives.

With this material, women will:

  • develop tools to manage stress, anxiety and negative thinking

  • set goals for change and have the support, guidance and accountability to get there

  • integrate spiritual concepts to expand their mindset

  • become clear about their vision of My Best Self

  • improve relationships with family members and loved ones

  • live life with more joy and balance

Abby leads inspiring and reflective workshops for women all over the country. She uses a variety of methods to facilitate learning and growth for each participant. It is a creative and interactive time for women to learn about themselves, experience sisterhood in a supportive environment and learn new skills of mindfulness and communication to improve all relationships in their lives.

In this series with Abby, you will:

  • enjoy the comradery of other like-minded women

  • identify your personal journey to Your Best Self

  • use art, journals and self-reflection to learn about your habits and responses

  • face the negative voices that hold you in a place of fear and insecurity

  • find spiritual habits that work to create contentment

  • develop useful tools to integrate into your life today

Materials included in the series are the Just Do You! Workbook, created by Abby Bordner.

We welcome all women and female-identified individuals into this safe space to cultivate new ways to understand your inner world and learn to be your own biggest fan.
