Serene September 2026

Join us for as much or as little of this month-long journey as you'd like. Through peaceful, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and inner landscape practices, a soothing sound experience, and a family yoga class, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and nurture both body and mind. Whether you attend one session or the entire series, each experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and renewed - ready to ease into Fall.

All proceeds from Serene September directly support The Hester Lee Furey Scholarship Fund and Pranakriya’s mission of sharing time-honored yoga practices on and off the mat. Please note that Soothing Sounds, Inner Landscape, and Restorative Yoga classes will be available as a recording for a limited time. Family Yoga is being offered as a download.

Why Join Us…

Coming together as a yoga community to celebrate our lineage honors the roots of the practice and deepens our connection to its wisdom and tradition. It reminds us that yoga is not just an individual journey but a collective path enriched by those who came before us. Shared learning experiences foster mutual growth, inspire new perspectives, and create a supportive environment where each practitioner can thrive. In unity, we strengthen our practice and carry the lineage forward with respect, awareness, and heart.

Plus, 100% of proceeds will go to supporting The Hester Lee Furey Scholarship and the school!

Thank you to everyone who will be joining us! We deeply appreciate your presence and support.

If you’re signed-up for any or all classes, you’ll receive the Zoom information 1 hour prior to the start of the program. Questions or concerns? Email info@pranakriya.com
