Yoga Workout Class with Yoganand
This Yoga Workout Class is for experienced students without injuries, or for students who have the awareness to protect themselves if injured. It is predominately an athletic and energy activating yoga practice. The class is designed to build energy and carry it from one posture to the next, and to increase the body’s capacity to hold energy and the minds capacity to witness.
The class is 78 minutes long and begins with a brief meditation incorporating dirgha and ujjayi pranayama followed by one round of kapalabhati breathing. A brief energizing warm-up flow comes next. The heart of the practice is three sun salutes with many postures woven into them. Each sun salute is designed to be a little more challenging than the one before. An introspective cool down sequence and relaxation end the practice. A fold out poster illustrating the posture flow sequence is included.
You will receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download.
