Program Description
Deepening our own practice of asana and making our classes richer and more satisfying for our students requires us to be on a continual journey into the inquiry and exploration of how the body moves. One of five movement studies, this program is designed to provide you knowledge, practice and experience on your journey as a practitioner and teacher. This course explores a variety of postures, sequences and themes for our Pranakriya classes. Benefits, potential stress points, modifications, variations, prop use, assisting, layers of meaning and energetics are covered. Students will participate in individual practice and exploration, observation, and discussion.
