This class is inspired by the story of Hanuman in the yoga epics that is said to embody all the qualities of the yogi. His journey is one of fearlessness, forgetfulness and deep faith. Although he was capable of fantastical feats, he would never know how powerful and strong he was. Someone else had to remind him of his amazing capacity and his true self.
The tradition and technologies of yoga were designed to help remind us of our true nature. This practice focuses on Hanumanasana, the front splits to bring us closer to our true nature. The Hero inside.
